Pluto: The most feared archetype

Transformation, Photo by Kandy Williams

We have been getting transformed deeply by Pluto this year. No one has escaped the renovation in the Capricorn structures of our lives and our world. Nothing will be the same again. I made my peace with Pluto a long time ago. My chart is ruled by Pluto, so there is no escaping transformation for me. So though my life has undergone some major renovation this year, I am no stranger to shadow work and letting go, even if reluctantly. It is better to let go and grieve than to hold on for dear life and suffer. Pluto is going to take away what no longer serves you and your evolution. That is why I think people fear Pluto the most. I can speak from personal experience when I say that I have lived a thousand lives and died a thousand deaths in this lifetime. I am not the same person today as I was even at the beginning of this year. And you know what? I am emerging from my cocoon transformed, ready to take flight.

Phoenix. From Medium.com.

Pluto is the Phoenix. A phoenix is continuously transforming into higher and higher vibrations of themselves, growing, evolving, and expanding their consciousness. Once you understand Pluto’s role in your life and start consciously working with it, you will begin to embrace change and even come to see it as an exciting new chapter in your life. Rick Levine, one of my favorite astrologers, once said that “change is inevitable but growth is optional.” Might as well embrace it and make the most of it.
